The role involves overseeing daily collection operations, guiding team members, and ensuring recovery targets are met while maintaining professionalism and compliance with legal standards. Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the debt collection team to meet monthly recovery targets. Monitor performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular team meetings. Handle escalated customer cases and support the team with difficult accounts. Ensure compliance with debt recovery laws and company policies. Prepare and review collection reports and performance data. Collaborate with management to improve collection strategies and processes. Maintain a respectful and professional approach in all debtor communications. Requirements:Previous experience in debt collection or recovery. Proven leadership or team supervisory experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of debt collection regulations and procedures.
