Collection Manager - Housing-EM - Financial Inclusion

Role Overview: As a Collections Manager, your primary responsibility will be to handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost, and roll rates. You will need to ensure that the NPA's are kept within the assigned budget and make active efforts to minimize them. Conducting asset verifications and possessions as per SARFESI/Section 9 process through court receivers will also be part of your role. Tracking and controlling the delinquency of the area, focusing on nonstarters, and ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues within specified TAT will be crucial aspects of your daily tasks. Building relationships with key clients, monitoring defaulting customers, and representing the organization in front of legal/statutory bodies will also be essential duties. Key Responsibilities: - Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters - Ensure NPA's are kept within assigned budget and minimize them actively - Conduct asset verifications and possessions as per SARFESI/Section 9 process - Track and control delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues within specified TAT - Build relationships with key clients and monitor defaulting customers - Represent the organization in front of legal/statutory bodies - Ensure adequate Feet on Street availability area-wise/bucket-wise/segment-wise - Obtain daily updates from all collection executives and initiate detailed account level reviews - Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB/IRB regulations and company policies and procedures Qualification Required: - Graduate degree is mandatory - Masters/Postgraduate degree is optional,
