Collection Manager - Front End

Job Description: As a Collections Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Bucket Collection and write-off recovery processes within the lending portfolio. You will lead a team of Collection Associates and Collection Officers, ensuring that there is adequate manpower to cover the portfolio as per CAPE norms. Your focus will be on ensuring that the mobile app usage is at 100% and that quality feedback/trails are consistently updated. You will specifically target non-starters and conduct daily visits to delinquent customers. In critical cases, you will be required to recommend legal actions and ensure that there are no delays in the deposition of money. Key Responsibilities: - Drive collection efficiency in a timely manner to meet targeted performance goals. - Manage cost effectively to optimize operational expenses. - Maintain a healthy portfolio by understanding and managing the collection processes effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Proven experience in collections management within the lending industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Knowledge of legal procedures related to debt recovery would be an advantage.,
