Responsible for Bkt Collection, w-off recovery in lending portfolio.Managing a Team of Collection Associate and Collection Officers.Ensuring adequate man power for portfolio coverage meeting CAPE norms.Ensuring Mobile App usage is 100% and quality feedback/trails are updated.Specific focus on Non starters and daily visit on delinquent customers.Recommending legal actions for critical cases.No delay in deposition of money.
