Roles and Responsibilities

Manage collections process from initial stages to final recovery, ensuring timely payment from customers.
Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of service quality.
Utilize third party collection agencies for effective debt recovery when necessary.
Monitor account statuses regularly to identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in collections or related field (credit card collection, payments).
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of collections process, including voice processing techniques.
