Job Description

You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Keeping track of the portfolio for specific buckets in the assigned area to control delinquency, both bucket-wise and DPD wise, and focusing on non-starters. - Ensuring that customer files are updated, recording contact times and dates, and noting information provided to customers regarding their debt. - Tracing defaulters and assets in coordination with the agency's tracing team and recommending remedial courses of action. - Identifying defaulting accounts, investigating reasons for default, and making efforts to maintain a healthy relationship with the customer. - Enlisting the support of sales and senior management when necessary to expedite the collection process, including assisting the collection manager (court receiver) in repossessing assets and seeking legal and police support as needed. - Ensuring compliance with all Audit / NHB / IRB regulations, as well as the company's policies and procedures.
