Job Description

We are looking for a Field Collection Officer to manage and recover overdue payments from customers. The candidate must be comfortable with field work and should have a valid bike and driving license. Key Responsibilities: Visit customers for payment collection and follow up on overdue accounts. Negotiate and plan repayment schedules. Maintain daily visit records and update collection status in the system. Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets. Coordinate with internal teams for account reconciliation. Ensure timely and professional handling of customers. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. 0–3 years of experience in collection or recovery. Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, etc.). Benefits: Fixed salary + attractive incentives.
