Job Description

You will be responsible for contacting customers via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding debts. Additionally, you will be required to collect agreements from customers and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. It will be essential to collaborate with the finance team to implement strategies for faster collections and provide regular reports on collection activities and outstanding debts. Your working hours will be from 9:30am to 5:30pm. However, you should be willing to go for agreement collection if any customer contacts you after or before duty hours. Travelling Allowance will be provided as per the fixed amount for the route. This is a Full-time, Permanent job opportunity suitable for Freshers. The work schedule includes Day shift and Morning shift with the possibility of a Performance bonus. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, and having 1 year of total work experience is also preferred. You will be required to work in person at the specified work location.
