Position Overview :-

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Collection Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve financial targets.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Research and analyze each account using internal records and online resources.
• Conduct customized collection campaigns, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to consistently achieve or exceed financial goals.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for revenue generation and successful recoveries.
• Resolve outstanding issues promptly, ensuring timely payment collection and strong client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

• Graduate with 3 – 5 years of experience in collections.
• Strong understanding of the affordable housing finance segment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
