Collection Executive (India Collections)

We are seeking Collection Executives to manage collections for our Indian clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to handle financial transactions with accuracy.

Role: Collection Executive (India Collections)

Location: Kakkanad, Cochin

Freshers are preferred who located near Kakkanad, Cochin

Job Role

• Contact customers via phone and email to collect outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment issues with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proficient in Regional Languages (MUST), Communication, Listening & Negotiation Skills to effectively engage with customers
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage work efficiently
• Basic computer Skills and willingness to work in shifts (Day shift -Rotational)

Salary: Negotiable
