Collection Associate - Secured Loans

Role Overview: You will be responsible for allocating portfolios to vendors based on past performance trends and availability of Field Officers (FOs), as well as ensuring adequate manpower capacity for the portfolio. You will review cases with FOs/Team Leaders (TLs) and assign work based on disposition codes. Your role will involve coordinating with agency resources, planning calls for better resolution, providing support on difficult cases, and managing receipt book & repo kits allocation and auditing. Additionally, you will be accountable for agency billing closure within 60 days of the completion of work month, obtaining prior approvals in repo cases, and handling collection/repo related customer service issues/escalations. Key Responsibilities: - Allocate portfolios to vendors based on performance trends and FOS availability - Review cases with FOS/TL and assign work based on disposition codes - Coordinate with agency resources for call planning and resolution - Audit receipt book & repo kits periodically - Ensure agency billing closure within 60 days of work completion - Obtain prior approvals in repo cases and assist agency with repo related issues - Handle collection/repo related customer service issues and escalations - Coordinate with legal team for legal actions against defaulters and enforcement agencies - Track and review BKT resolution with agency and FOs - Restrict flow rates to next BKT as per location handled - Recruit and train fresh team members as needed - Close CRM queries within assigned TAT - Revert RCU audit queries before TAT and implement committed actions at field level - Discuss receipt book discrepancies with agency to prevent reoccurrence - Ensure 100% utilization of HHT and submit reports regularly to ACM/RCM - Inform IT team about non-working HHT for support Qualification Required: - Minimum 3-6 years of collection experience in automotive products such as LMV, TW, 3W, LCV, MCV, HCV - Experience in managing collection agencies - Strong data management skills - Ability to work as an individual performer,
