Collection / AR Executive

As an Accounts Receivable Associate for US logistics clients, your role will involve managing the end-to-end AR process. You will be responsible for generating and sending invoices, rate confirmation bills, PODs, and supporting documents to customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to address any billing discrepancies. Keeping accurate records of all communication and follow-up activities, assisting in month-end closing and AR reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with internal finance policies and US client requirements are crucial aspects of your role. Building strong relationships with customers to facilitate smoother collections will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable process for US logistics clients - Generate and send invoices, rate confirmation bills, PODs, and supporting documents to customers - Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to resolve billing discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of communication and follow-up activities - Assist in month-end closing and AR reconciliation - Ensure compliance with internal finance policies and US client requirements - Build strong working relationships with customers for smoother collections Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in Collections / AR, preferably in US Logistics / Freight / Dispatch - Strong understanding of invoices, rate sheets, detention, TONU, lumper, PODs, OS&D, etc. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot, trackers) - Ability to handle difficult conversations diplomatically - Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail - Experience with TMS, QuickBooks, or other AR tools (preferred) In addition, this full-time, permanent position offers benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
