Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Agency Representative in Asansol. The role involves managing debt collection, cash collection, and customer service tasks. The representative will ensure timely collection of payments, communicate effectively with clients, and maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications

Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Basic knowledge of Finance
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
