You are being hired as a Cold Calling & Back Office Executive at SHAMDEW located in Navsari, Gujarat. SHAMDEW specializes in supplying Tablet Compressing Dies & Punches for the compression of various Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, Herbal & Veterinary Tablets. As a Cold Calling & Back Office Executive at SHAMDEW, your role will involve supporting Sales and Marketing activities. You should possess confidence, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach in initiating contact with potential clients in the Pharma sector. Your responsibilities will include contacting potential clients to introduce products, understanding client requirements, maintaining call logs and leads database, coordinating with internal teams, handling documentation, preparing quotations, and assisting in order follow-ups.
