Job Description

Cognos TM1 Developer

TM1 modeling

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop
TM1 cubes
,
dimensions
, and
rules
for financial planning and forecasting.
Implement
TurboIntegrator (TI) processes
for data loading and automation.
Configure
security
,
workflow
, and
data validation
within TM1.
Integrate TM1 with
ERP systems
,
databases
, and
reporting tools
.
Collaborate with
finance teams
,
business analysts
, and
IT stakeholders
to deliver planning solutions.
Optimize TM1 models for
performance and scalability
.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
TM1 cubes
,
TI processes
, and
data integration
.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with
IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics
.
Strong knowledge of
TurboIntegrator scripting
,
rules
, and
feeders
.
Proficiency in
SQL
and relational databases.
Familiarity with
financial planning concepts
and
budgeting workflows
.
Understanding of
data governance
and
security best practices
.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with
Cognos BI reporting
and
dashboard development
.
Knowledge of
cloud-based TM1 deployments
.
Exposure to
Python
or
JavaScript
for TM1 customizations.
