Cognos Migration Specialist

As a Cognos Migration Specialist at NTT DATA, you will play a key role in the migration of visualization tools, particularly from Cognos to Power BI. Your responsibilities will include: - Leveraging your 5+ years of development experience in Visualization tools (Cognos / Tableau / Power BI) and Datawarehouse field - Demonstrating good knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics - Applying a sound understanding of Data Warehouse concepts such as Slowly changing dimensions, Facts, SCD 1, SCD2 implementations - Utilizing advanced SQL and other programming languages to manipulate and analyze data effectively - Bringing experience in debugging & back tracing issues - Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Having knowledge of Version control tools like Azure, GIT - Understanding Agile/ Scrum methodologies Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 5 years of development experience in Visualization tools and Datawarehouse field - Good knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics - Sound understanding of Data Warehouse concepts like Slowly changing dimensions, Facts, SCD 1, SCD2 implementations - Proficiency in advanced SQL and other programming languages - Experience in migration of visualization tools, especially Cognos to Power BI - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of Version control tools like Azure, GIT - Familiarity with Agile/ Scrum methodologies NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
