Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide content moderation & content reviewing services to ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of content to identify and flag any inappropriate or offensive material.
  • Curate high-quality content from various sources for clients' websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
  • Create engaging written content (blog posts, articles, product descriptions) that meets clients' specifications.
  • Assist in creating multimedia content (images, videos) as required by the project.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent English Communication skills.
  • 0-3 years of experience in BPO non-voice / Semi Voice processes or related fields (content creation/moderation/reviewing)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent writing skills with ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using technology tools for content curation and review.
