Location: Chennai/Bangalore

Graduate with minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in cyber security support in the technology areas like Firewall Management, IDS/IPS, VPN, Proxy, Cloud Native Controls, WAF.
Hands on product administration/management/L2 level troubleshooting/reporting Cisco FTD, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Zscaler, Azure Firewall, Azure WAF, Akamai, Barracuda.
Desired Process Certifications: ITIL V3/V4 foundation
Preferred Technology Certifications: CCNA Security, Palo Alto (ACE), Palo Alto (PCNSE), Checkpoint/Similar
Ready to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
Prepare documentation of known errors and KEDB
Change request creation & implementation of standard and normal changes
Assist L3 team on change request implementation as per process
Inputs to SOPs for L1 teams.
Grooming L1 teams on technology & processes.
Proactive problem management to help improve SLA adherence and reduce MTTR.
Work on and resolve escalated tickets from L1 teams.
