Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, Angular JS, Java, JavaScript and MySQL. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the companys success. The position requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work to maximize productivity and collaboration.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.
Ensure that all solutions are scalable maintainable and secure.
Document software designs and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Must have strong experience with AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL.
Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Should possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
Should be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have experience with code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
Should be familiar with agile development methodologies.
Must be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
Should have a strong understanding of software development best practices.
Must be able to document software designs and development processes effectively.
Should have a passion for technology and innovation.
