We’re building an AI-powered hiring platform designed to revolutionize the recruitment space.

We're now actively looking for a CTO co-founder to join us at this exciting stage.

About the Startup:

We’ve been working behind the scenes for months to refine the concept and build early traction. What sets us apart is that we’re not just at the idea stage; we’re already in advanced discussions with a US-based investor.

✅ We’ve completed a few rounds of meetings

✅ The investor has shown strong interest and is planning to meet us in person

✅ Our seed funding round looks promising, and we want to bring the right tech leader on board before that

What We’re Looking For in a CTO Co-founder:

We need someone who can take full ownership of the technology side from MVP to scale. Your role will involve:

Designing and building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems

Leading and growing the tech team

Managing architecture decisions, project timelines, and delivery

Playing a key role in product strategy alongside the founding team

Contributing to investor pitches from a tech perspective

Preferred Tech Stack:

Frontend: React.js / Next.js

Backend: Python (FastAPI / Django)

AI/ML: Python-based LLM integrations, vector databases

Database: PostgreSQL, Redis

Infrastructure: AWS or GCP, Docker, CI/CD pipelines

About You:

5–10+ years of experience in software engineering

Prior experience building or scaling products from scratch

Strong leadership and team-building capabilities

Familiarity with building AI-integrated platforms is a plus

Based in Kerala or willing to relocate

Ideally able to work from our Cochin office, at least part of the week
