We are in the process of developing an AI-powered hiring platform with the aim of revolutionizing the recruitment industry. At this moment, we are actively seeking a CTO co-founder to join us in this exciting phase of our journey. Our startup has been meticulously refining the concept and gaining early traction behind the scenes for several months. What sets us apart is that we are not merely at the ideation stage; we are already engaged in advanced discussions with a US-based investor. We have successfully concluded several rounds of meetings, and the investor has displayed significant interest and is planning an in-person meeting. The outlook for our seed funding round appears promising, and we are eager to onboard the right tech leader before proceeding further. As a CTO co-founder, we require an individual who can assume complete responsibility for the technological aspects ranging from Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to scaling. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems, leading and nurturing the tech team, overseeing architecture decisions, project timelines, and delivery, actively participating in product strategy discussions with the founding team, and contributing to investor presentations from a technological standpoint. The preferred tech stack for our platform includes: - Frontend: React.js / Next.js - Backend: Python (FastAPI / Django) - AI/ML: Python-based LLM integrations, vector databases - Database: PostgreSQL, Redis - Infrastructure: AWS or GCP, Docker, CI/CD pipelines The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of building or scaling products from inception. Strong leadership skills, team-building capabilities, and familiarity with developing AI-integrated platforms are advantageous. Candidates should be based in Kerala or willing to relocate. Ideally, the candidate should be able to work from our Cochin office for at least a portion of the week.
