Coffee Master Events & Sales

Role Overview: As a passionate and energetic Coffee Master, your role will involve representing the brand at various events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, preparing and serving coffee and tea, promoting coffee products, and driving on-site sales. Your hands-on experience in coffee preparation and your excellent customer service skills will be key in demonstrating the quality and taste of our products. Key Responsibilities: - Represent the brand at various events, exhibitions, and corporate programs. - Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages using our products to showcase quality and taste. - Promote and explain our range of coffee products to visitors and potential customers. - Handle on-site sales and gather customer feedback during events. - Ensure the stall setup, cleanliness, and presentation meet brand standards. - Maintain adequate stock of coffee, tea, cups, and other materials during events. - Assist in sampling and promotional campaigns. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for event logistics and reporting. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in coffee preparation or readiness to work as a coffee master. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Interest or background in sales, marketing, or hospitality. - Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in outdoor or event-based environments. - Willingness to travel for events and exhibitions.
