Tea Preparation : Prepare and serve a variety of teas, including traditional teas, herbal blends, and specialty teas, according to company standards and customer preferences. Inventory Management : Monitor tea stock levels, report shortages, and assist in inventory management to ensure all ingredients and supplies are readily available. Workspace Maintenance : Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including the tea-making area, equipment, and utensils. Quality Control : Ensure the quality and consistency of all tea preparations, adjusting brewing techniques and recipes as needed to maintain the highest standards. Education and Training : Stay informed about new tea products, trends, and brewing techniques. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities. Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment. Assist in other areas of the business as needed.
