Job Title: Coco Peat Operations Supervisor

Product: Coco Coir Substrates

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise daily operations in pith yard, drying yard, sieving area, and block/grow bag sections.

· Allocate work to workers and ensure tasks are completed on time.

· Monitor moisture levels, drying process, and quality of coco peat.

· Ensure proper feeding of raw materials and smooth running of machines.

· Check loading, unloading, packing, and storage activities.

· Maintain daily production records and report to the manager.

· Ensure workers follow safety rules and use PPE.

· Coordinate with maintenance team for machine issues.

· Monitor housekeeping, cleanliness, and safe movement of forklifts/vehicles.

· Resolve onsite problems and ensure continuous workflow.

Skills Required

· Basic knowledge of coco peat production process.

· Ability to manage workers and daily operations.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Problem-solving ability and quick decision-making.

· Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.

Qualification & Experience

· Diploma / Any degree.

· 5 – 7 years experience in coco peat / coir / manufacturing industry (preferred).

· Freshers with supervisory skills can also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
