Requirements:

Technical Expertise

Minimum 7 years of experience in COBOL development
Mainframe experience is essential
Strong knowledge of:
COBOL (batch and online)
JCL, DB2, VSAM
SQL (must-have)

Bonus skills:

IDMS & LRF
AQT (Advanced Query Tool)
Azure DevOps
Experience with legacy code analysis and debugging
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
