Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Coating Supervisor, located in Jamnagar. The Coating Supervisor will oversee coating and painting operations to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the coating team, monitoring compliance with safety and quality procedures, conducting regular inspections of coated surfaces, and ensuring adherence to project deadlines. The role also involves collaboration with other departments for planning and resource allocation and maintaining accurate documentation of activities.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in quality control and assurance processes and a strong understanding of industry standards.
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures and practices, as well as chemistry related to coating and painting materials.
• Commitment to maintaining high health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Experience in coating or painting processes in industrial, marine, or oil and gas sectors is preferred.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under deadlines.
• A bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field such as materials engineering, chemical engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
