Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, India for a Fabrication In-charge (Offshore) at Axess Group. The Fabrication In-charge will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless production planning and quality control. The role includes managing operations to uphold high HSEQ standards, coordinating production management activities, and ensuring operational efficiency. The candidate will lead a team, conduct regular inspections, and implement strategic plans for continuous improvement in operation processes. Qualifications Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management Experience in Quality Control and Operations Manangement Proficiency in Operations Management Excellent leadership and project management abilities Knowledge of HSEQ standards and practices Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred Experience in the offshore or energy sector is a plus

We are looking for an experienced Site In-Charge (Blasting & Painting) to lead and manage surface preparation, blasting, and coating activities for an ongoing industrial project at Reliance Jamnagar . Key Responsibilities: • Plan manpower, materials, and equipment as per work schedule. • Supervise blasting, surface preparation, and painting/coating operations. • Ensure compliance with surface preparation and coating standards (ISO, SSPC, NACE). • Coordinate with QC, safety, and client representatives for inspections and clearances. • Monitor DFT readings, environmental conditions, and maintain daily progress reports. • Ensure strict adherence to HSE procedures and conduct toolbox talks. • Maintain documentation: daily reports, QC sign-offs, and material consumption logs. • Guide supervisors and technicians for safe, quality, and timely work execution. Qualifications & Experience : Diploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Civil, or Coating Technology. 5–10 years of experience in industrial / oil & gas / refinery painting & coating projects. Strong knowledge of surface preparation standards (ISO / SSPC / NACE). Preferred certifications: NACE Level 1/2 or BGAS Grade 1/2 or Equivalent.
