Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Production Coating Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing coating operations, maintaining equipment, and supporting production activities as per SOPs and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the supervisor with daily assignments as given by the shift executive & production manager.
Responsible for cleaning of production areas and equipment.
Ensure proper storage of equipment & change parts with correct status labeling.
Carry out manufacturing activities as per procedures and supervisor instructions.
Operate machines as per approved SOPs.
Report incidents, deviations, or abnormalities in equipment immediately to supervisors/managers.
Maintain daily cleaning activities and related documentation.
Be flexible to work in shifts and extra hours if required.
Support activities in different areas as needed.
Maintain change parts at designated locations with proper identification.
Operate & clean equipment including:
Auto Coater
Sifter
Homogenizer
Colloidal Mill
Blister/Strip Packing Machine
Responsible for coating operations, solution preparation, sifting, and primary packaging.
Execute additional tasks assigned by the manager or shift executive.
Follow all company policies, maintain discipline, and ensure a safe workplace.
