Support: Provide post implementation support. Participate in the 24x7 on call support duties and own the responsibility for fixing any and all events in production. Audits: Must have better understanding of SOX audit requirements and executions. Ensure full compliance with SOX and various other audit requirements. Conduct the sprint review during the sprint execution and conduct sprint retrospective sessions post implementation with the team, update and maintain documentation for team processes, best practices, and software run books. Intuitively coalesce towards problems with an open mind, within the context of application and team. Should always be able to welcome and accommodate changing requirements, even late in the development to provide our customers a competitive advantage. Collaborate with globally located cross functional team in building customer-centric products. Requirements To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements: Minimum 10-12 Year IT experience. Extensive hands-on experience on the below Technologies and tools, REACT JS and JAVA Script CSS, HTML Python Web Development with FLASK WEB FRAMEWORK ORACLE /SQL Architecture & Design He is responsible for REACT JS /JAVA SCRIPT Technology stack as Full Stack engineer with Hands on experience on the end-to-end coding & application development. Familiar to understand the Backend Python code and able to guide and bridge the gap for both Front end & Backend functionalities and like Full stack technical lead. Experience of Stakeholder management across the business, Architecture, Infrastructure, Data architecture and IT Must have prior experience of Production support / 24x7 On call support.
