About the Company:
Durjara Sports Pvt. Ltd. is a growing sports development company partnering with schools to provide structured sports coaching. We aim to build strong grassroots programs and train students across various Olympic and school-level sports disciplines.

Job Description:
We are currently hiring Basketball, Football, and Cricket Coaches to lead training sessions in our partner schools. The ideal candidates will be passionate about sports, disciplined, and capable of working with children and teenagers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured coaching sessions for students (junior and senior levels)
• Plan and execute daily lesson plans as per school requirements
• Monitor student progress and maintain assessment records
• Maintain discipline and ensure student safety during sessions
• Participate in inter-school competitions and training events

Requirements:

• Experience in playing or coaching Basketball / Football / Cricket
• Prior experience in school coaching is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in coaching (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to manage large groups of students with discipline
