Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Co-Pilot Developer:

Develop and deploy Microsoft Co-Pilot or Co-Pilot Studio solutions tailored to enterprise needs
Familiarity with MCP (model context protocol)
Automate movement and interaction between line-of-business applications, especially across HR and business systems
Design agentic workflows to assist users in executing complex tasks using natural language
Integrate with LLMs and APIs to enable intelligent, context-aware task completion
Ensure smooth integration and deployment within Kyoceras enterprise environment
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into scalable Co-Pilot solutions
Desired Skills and Experience:
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Co-Pilot development or similar LLM-based tools
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, and enterprise integration patterns
Strong background in LLMs, natural language processing, and API-based application design
Experience building tools to automate workflows across HRIS, ERP, CRM, and other business systems
Ability to work in a cross-functional setting, aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
