Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Power Platform Developer with hands-on experience in Copilot Studio and Azure AI services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying intelligent, autonomous bots tailored to meet various business needs using custom AI models, custom entities, and automated flows. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents). Build intelligent bots using Copilot Studio with deep integration of custom AI models and custom entities. Create and manage flows that automate business processes across Microsoft 365 and other platforms. Leverage Azure AI services, such as Azure OpenAI, Language Studio, and Azure Cognitive Services, to enhance the capabilities of bots and apps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient automation solutions. Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational best practices. Monitor and optimize the performance of bots and flows post-deployment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents. Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and creating AI-powered bots. Exposure to Azure Studio, Azure OpenAI, or other Azure-based AI tools and services. Understanding of custom connectors, data connectors, and integration with external APIs. Proficient in designing and deploying custom entities, custom AI models, and flows. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure AI. Experience working with business users to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions. Familiarity with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
