1. Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Telecom or related discipline
2. 1-2 years of field experience in telecom installations, commissioning & RRH swaps3. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills4. Comfortable working in field environments and travelling as needed5. Basic MS Office competency and reporting skills
