Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • • Visit and follow up with newly admitted patients, including VIP patients, and provide daily reports to HOD.
  • • Conduct patient-family meetings for long-stay patients and address special requests.
  • • Capture patient feedback through Front Line Feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
  • • Counsel patient attendants on queries, including discount requests, in coordination with billing & DMS.
  • • Organize TLC moments for patients (birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions).
  • • Attend to spiritual and emotional needs of patients and attendants.
  • • Conduct daily huddle meetings with Nursing, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams.
  • • Maintain daily trackers, document complaints via post-discharge calls, and prepare monthly reports.
  • • Contribute to departmental quality initiatives and ensure adherence to hospital safety norms.
  • • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support hospital operations.
