Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder (Investor Based) located in New Delhi. The Co-Founder will be involved in establishing and expanding the company's market presence, overseeing daily operations, developing strategic initiatives, and securing investments. Successful candidates will work closely with other founding members to shape the company's vision and foster growth, while managing both internal teams and external relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for strategic planning and decision making
  • Excellent Communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Sales experience to drive revenue and build customer base
  • Marketing expertise for brand development and market expansion
  • Research skills to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Proven track record in leadership roles
  • Experience in the food or health industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
