Co Founder with Convention Center investment

You will be joining Nature Green Concept Party Center as a Co-Founder in a full-time hybrid role based at SS Estate in Warangal, with the flexibility for partial remote work. Your primary responsibility will involve overseeing investments in Convention Center projects, working closely with stakeholders, and driving the business growth of the organization. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills and research abilities to make informed decisions. Effective communication and sales skills will be essential in liaising with various parties and promoting the Convention Center projects. A background in marketing will be advantageous for creating successful promotional strategies. Previous experience in the real estate or event management industry would be beneficial, although not mandatory. A degree in Administration, Marketing, or a related field will provide a solid foundation for this position. Expertise in money management is crucial for handling financial aspects of the projects effectively. Additionally, skills in cold calling, relationship building, food management, and decoration with green trees and plants are highly desirable for this role.
