The Role:

We’re looking for a Co-founder with a strong Technology and AI/ML mindset — a true partner, not just an employee. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our core product architecture, building our initial prototypes, and establishing the entire technology stack, with a heavy emphasis on integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities.

This is a unique opportunity to co-create a company as a key decision-maker, working alongside a founding team that values passion, transparency, and perseverance.

What We’re Looking For:

• You’ve tried building a product or leading a tech team before. Maybe it didn’t work out — and that’s completely okay. In fact, that's a plus.
• You have a deep entrepreneurial drive and are looking for a second (or third) shot at building something meaningful.
• You’re based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata, and ready to work full-time and on-site.
• You come from a strong technical background (preferred), proficient in modern tech stacks, and have demonstrable experience or passion for developing and deploying AI/ML models.
• You want to be a partner, not just an employee. You’re ready to take ownership — of successes and failures alike.

Responsibilities:

• Define and build the entire technology and product roadmap from scratch, ensuring a scalable and robust architecture.
• Design, develop, and deploy the initial prototypes and Minimum Viable Product (MVP), with a focus on core AI/ML functionalities.
• Establish best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and security.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to translate customer needs into technical specifications and product features.
• Represent Adding in technical discussions with potential partners, customers, and investors.
• Be the founding technical voice, capable of recruiting and mentoring the first technical hires as we grow.
