Co-Founder (Sales, Partnerships & Strategy)

We are building the future of corporate team experiences — and we’re looking for a Co-Founder who can accelerate our growth.

As Co-Founder, Sales, Partnerships & Strategy, you’ll own our market expansion, strategic relationships, and revenue engine. You’ll help shape PeopleopsX into India’s most premium offsite experience brand.

• Develop & execute GTM strategy for India’s fastest-growing offsite experience category
• Run the complete sales lifecycle (from inbound lead to contract advance)
• Establish key partnerships with resorts, travel vendors & activity providers
• Build strong relationships with HR heads, Founders & People Leaders
• Own revenue targets & unit economics to ensure healthy margins
• Influence product & experience strategy through client insights
• Represent the brand at industry events, networks, and communities
• Co-shape culture, team hiring & company vision alongside Founder

• 3–8 years in Sales / Business Development (Preferably B2B / HR SaaS / MICE / Travel)
• Network in startup ecosystem is a big plus (VCs, coworking, HR communities)
• Excellent negotiation & storytelling skills
• Thrives in 0→1 environments with ownership mindset
• Passion for people experience, hospitality, or team culture innovation
• Ready to build a category-defining company from ground up
