As a Co-Founder at Logical Showsha, a creative agency specializing in crafting bold brand stories through exceptional design and strategic communication, your role will be crucial in leading the graphic design projects and client coordination. You will work closely with the founding team to elevate Logical Showsha into a high-impact creative studio. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Design Leadership** - Lead and execute graphic design projects end-to-end including branding, packaging, digital, print, and social media. - Maintain and evolve design systems for various brand identities. - Guide the creative direction of the company alongside the founding team. - **Client Coordination & Communication** - Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring exceptional client experiences. - Interpret briefs, communicate timelines, manage revisions, and ensure timely project delivery. - Cultivate long-term relationships with clients. - **Creative Strategy & Growth** - Contribute to design pitches, mood boards, presentations, and creative proposals. - Assist in scaling the design team and mentoring junior designers as the company expands. - Develop strategies to diversify the studio's offerings and reach new markets. **Qualifications Required:** - 4+ years of hands-on experience in graphic designing with a standout portfolio. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva, etc. - Strong aesthetic sense with a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout. - Excellent communication, coordination, and client handling skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset, accountability, and drive to contribute to building a meaningful brand. - Prior experience in agency or freelance creative work is advantageous.,
