Co-Founder - GTM & Strategy

We're building Logikality into a category-defining, AI-first company for document- and decision-heavy operations in BFSI (Mortgage & Title first). If you want to own outcomes pipeline, pilots, product adoption, and customer value let's talk.

Role tracks:

• GTM (Revenue & Partnerships):

  pipeline ? pilots ? ARR. Partner ecosystem. Category storytelling.

• Product Strategy & Delivery:

  customer discovery, PRDs, solution design, implementation playbooks, delivery excellence, and value realization in partnership with the CTO & Eng.

You drive commercialization, adoption, execution, and customer outcomes. Partner with the CEO; collaborate closely with the CTO.

Minimum Qualification:

• Engineering or Management graduate from IIT/IIM or equivalent Tier-1 institute (e.g., IISc/ISB/top global equivalents).

90180 day outcomes (illustrative)

• GTM:

  20+ first meetings, 6+ qualified pilots, $24M qualified pipeline.

• Product Strategy/Delivery:

  23 pilots live in production; time-to-first-value <3045 days; playbooks, SLAs, UAT, and go-live runbooks in place; compliance readiness coordinated with CTO.
