As a Co-Founder at AngelCX.ai, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape the technology strategy, drive product development, and lead go-to-market initiatives. Your role will be crucial in defining the culture of this rapidly growing SaaS business and participating in its equity growth. Key Responsibilities: - Define and refine the product roadmap focusing on AI voice bots, telephony integrations, CRM/ERP connectors, and analytics to meet market needs. - Oversee architecture, development, and deployment on AWS/Microsoft Azure using Node.js, Python, and AI/LLM integrations. - Collaborate with the CEO for investor pitches, due diligence, and strategic partnerships. - Recruit, mentor, and motivate high-caliber engineering, data science, and GTM teams. - Develop relationships with telephony providers, CRM platforms, and AI vendors. - Ensure high availability, security, and GDPR/CCPA compliance. Drive agile processes and uptime guarantees. Required Qualifications: - 8-12 years of experience in software product development or AI/SaaS startups, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. - Profound knowledge of Node.js, Python, cloud hosting (Azure preferred), and AI frameworks. - Experience in scaling B2B SaaS or contact center tech, including pricing strategies and partner ecosystems. - Familiarity with investor relations, financial modeling, or startup fundraising. - Hands-on approach with resilience, adaptability, and strategic thinking. Preferred Skills: - Understanding of global CX/BPO ecosystems and AI-powered telephony. - Strong network within AI, CX, or SaaS communities. - Experience with compliance and data privacy standards. - Passion for creating scalable, customer-centric solutions.,
