About the Role

Performance Marketing Partner

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
• Work closely with the founding team to define marketing strategy, creatives, and messaging.
• Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and continuously improve performance.
• Experiment with new channels (LinkedIn Ads, influencer marketing, remarketing funnels).

Requirements

• Prior experience managing ad campaigns for D2C, edtech, or service-based businesses.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, tracking, and optimization.
• Ability to set up ad accounts, manage budgets, and build reporting dashboards.
• Willingness to invest a

  basic performance fee

  to run and test initial campaigns.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-paced environment.
