As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for the following: - Having a good understanding of drawing and knowledge of the measurement and usage of measuring instruments/devices, as well as checking for the gauges for the running part. - Following the stage drawing, control plan, and poke yoke check sheet. - Demonstrating an excellent understanding of the Codes (M and G) required to be used, such as Machine Make-LMW, Mazak, Namura. - Loading and unloading components from the machine efficiently. - Ensuring that tools are in good condition during the machining process to prevent accidents or damages to the machine and components. - Understanding the production cycle time and targets that need to be achieved for the shift. - Performing daily maintenance of machines, including checking coolant oil, hydraulic oil, and cleaning the machine. - Setting up the machine and having a basic understanding of programming for arranging tools. - Possessing knowledge of insert grades and tools required to operate a specific component. - Demonstrating problem-solving skills, understanding quality standards, GDT (Geometrical Dimensional Tolerance), and 14 symbols. - Supervising the Operators and operations to ensure efficiency. - Maintaining regular attendance and ensuring machine performance and quality (OEE Overall Effective Efficiency). - Having a good understanding of manual 2D programming. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to avail benefits such as food provided, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. As for the work location, it will be in-person at Bengaluru, Karnataka. Education qualifications preferred for this position include Higher Secondary (12th Pass), and knowledge of languages such as ENGLISH, HINDI, KANNADA, TAMIL, ODIA ETC is also preferred.
