CNC TURNING SETTER

· Good understanding of drawing

· Good knowledge of the measurement and usage of measuring instruments/devices, check for the gauges for the running part

· Follow the stage drawing, control plan, poke yoke check sheet,

· Excellent understanding of the Codes (M and G) that are required to be used((Machine Make-LMW, Mazak, Namura)

· Loading and of loading of component from the machine

· During operations checking for the tools if in good conditions during the machining process to avoid accidents/damages to the machine and components

· Understanding of the production cycle time and target that needs to be achieved for the shift

· Daily maintenance of machines check sheet, normal coolant oil checking, hydraulic oil and machine cleaning to be done

· Setting of machine

· Basic understanding of programming according to which tools can be arranged

· Insert grade knowledge

· Atonomous check sheet, Tooling knowledge that will help him to know what tools are required to operate a particular component

· Problem solving, Quality, GDT(Geometrical Dimensional Tolerance), 14 symbols,

· Supervising the Operators and operations

· Availability, Performance and Quality- OEE Overall effective efficiency

· Regular attendance maintenance

· Good understanding of manual 2D programming

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
