CNC/VMC/TMC SETTERS

Responsibilities:

· Good understanding of reading a drawing

· Good understanding of knowing the measurement and usage of measuring instruments/devices

· Good knowledge of tools and tool change

· Good understanding of the Codes (M and G) that are required to be used during the operations

· Perform offset operations

· Check for the gauge’s availability for the running part

· During operations check for the tools if in good conditions in order to avoid accidents/damages to the tool, machine and the running component

· Basic understanding of the production cycle time and target that needs to be achieved for the shift

· Daily maintenance of machines check sheet, normal coolant oil checking, hydraulic oil and machine cleaning to be done

· Awareness of GDT (Geometrical Dimensional Tolerance), 14 symbols,

· Maintaining of production log / reports

· Control of process rejections

Skills Required:

Should be able to operate multi task

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
