Job Description

Job Title: CNC Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance the market share of CNC products within the assigned zone.
Develop and strengthen customer relationships; drive business development with existing clients.
Prepare accurate BOMs with correct specifications.
Schedule and conduct regular visits to MTBs, retrofit partners, and end users.
Work towards improving company product market share with MTBs.
Maintain strong business relationships with end users to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage collection of receivables, C-Forms, and TDS certificates within stipulated timelines.
Gather, analyze, and share market intelligence and competitor data.
Promote product awareness through exhibitions, seminars, and roadshows.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of sales-related MIS reports.
Coordinate with the applications team to deliver complete solutions to customers.

Profile Requirements

Education:
B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience:
36 years of experience, including at least 12 years in sales within the automotive or engineering industry.
Strong understanding of commercial sales requirements.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills (report writing and data analysis).
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively and engage with professionals in the engineering sector.
