Job Description

Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and other CNC machines.
Interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and blueprints to prepare accurate machining programs.
Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet production schedules and ensure precision.
Perform first-piece inspections and adjust programs as required.
Troubleshoot machining or programming issues and implement corrective measures.
Maintain program files, documentation, and tool libraries as per company standards.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all CNC operations.
Provide technical support to operators during machine setup and production runs.
Continuously improve machining processes to enhance productivity and reduce cycle time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
