CNC OPERATOR

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for various tasks related to machine processes, CNC machines, cutting parameters, measuring instruments, and minor maintenance of machines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having knowledge of Machine process, CNC Machine, cutting parameters, measuring instruments, and minor maintenance of machines. - Understanding the blueprints. - Liaising with the supervisor in job execution. - Carrying out the assembly of mechanical components as per the drawing. - Performing maintenance as per the schedule assigned by the Supervisor. - Achieving the daily target. - Suggesting new equipment for procurement. - Timely following Supervisor's instructions and SOPs. - Ensuring quality productivity. - Ensuring 5s and Kaizen at the workplace. - Ensuring the use of safety protective equipment for the assigned task. Qualifications required for this role include: - ITI (Mechanical) Please note that the required skills for this position include multitasking, knowledge of measuring instruments, handling tools, problem-solving, and being detail-oriented.,
