CNC Operator

As a Machine Operator in the Auto Mobile Manufacturing industry located in Chennai, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Read and understand the manufacturing drawings along with their tolerances. - Be proficient in using critical measuring instruments with accuracy up to 10 microns. - Quickly grasp the requirements for machining pump repair welded parts to meet assembly clearances and shaft fits within tolerance limits. - Demonstrate skill and experience in manufacturing complex parts on a sample and fitment basis, such as shaft threaded nuts, shaft sleeves, taper pins for pumps, etc., as per urgent requirements. - Operate Radial Drill machine efficiently. - Utilize surface Grinding and milling machines effectively. - Collaborate closely with the assembly/repair team to comprehend the machined parts' requirements. Expertise required includes proficiency in CNC Lathe machine critical parts machining and reading engineering drawings.
