The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of CNC machinery, deep expertise in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) strategy, and hands-on experience with control systems like FANUC, Siemens, HEIDENHAIN. The role requires strong leadership, troubleshooting, and planning skills to ensure minimum downtime and high operational efficiency.
